Cancellation Policy

Please read this page carefully. It will be updated as iRide services launch.

1. Customer cancellations

You will be able to cancel bookings from your account. Applicable cancellation windows and charges will be shown at booking.

2. Partner cancellations

If a partner cancels, we will try to reassign another partner or cancel without charge to you.

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be available subject to partner availability.

4. Exceptions

Specific terms may apply to outstation trips and RTO assistance requests.
